is located at Sharma Holistic Center, 131
Millburn Ave, Millburn, NJ at the corner of Millburn Ave and Ridgewood
Road next to the Jewelers. The driveway is off of Ridgewood Ave. The
entrance is in the back of the building.

Body of Light
opened in 2000 and was selected by New Jersey Life as “One of the top
traditional yoga studios in New Jersey”.
Our intention is to promote the practice of yoga, both physically
and spiritually, in a fun and comfortable environment.
Students of all levels from beginner to
advanced are warmly welcome.
