Body of Light offers a quiet serene space for the practice of yoga in Millburn, NJ. Students of all levels from beginner to advanced are warmly welcome.

 

The style of yoga taught is a mix of Kripalu yoga and Anusara yoga.

 

The students discover strength, balance, flexibility and their natural ability for relaxation and meditation.
