Level I—
For beginning and more practiced students.
Student learns more specific alignment
principles and learns to build on their strength, balance and flexibility.
Level I/II—A
bit more challenging than Level 1.
Students will refine fundamental poses,
build endurance and add inversions, back bends and arm balancing poses.
Level II—Students
will refine fundamental poses, build endurance and add inversions, back bends
and arm balancing poses.
Private Lessons—Take
your practice to a new level with individual attention. At your place or ours.
Pilates—An
energetic workout focusing on the core—abdominal, buttocks and thighs. Taught on
a one-to-one format on the mat and reformer and incorporating the fitness
circle, barrel and roller.
Pilates Series –
students learn the fundamentals of a classic pilates mat class. Please call to
