what your age or physical ability.
You will reap all the
benefits of yoga and experience yoga’s physical diversity
(forward bends, standing poses, balancing poses, back bends,
inversions, and twists) including pranayama (breath work)
and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
Yoga is
non-competitive and honors each individual. If you have

Meditation Immersion
6 week Immersion

Kurilla Wednesday
May 7, 14, 21 28
10:00 AM - 11:30 AM $100
During this 6
week series, we practice and experience the underlying principles of
meditation. The course is designed to support the student to
begin, maintain and deepen a daily habit of meditation- from
creating a space at home, setting aside time and
practicing the week’s meditation. These sessions provide a strong foundation for
a daily meditation practice. It
will start you on your way to experiencing the many benefits
of meditation ranging from stress relief (peace), to
improved well-being (health) to enjoying the simple moments
of daily living (joy).
The student is encouraged to
share their insights, questions or challenges with the
teacher/group via the Internet. This way of communicating
keeps the practice alive on a daily basis.

Poses
for healthy, stress free living: A
series designed specifically for a
guy’s body.
For
men, practicing Asanas will help offset any physical irregularities that they
may acquire from sports such as golf, baseball or tennis where there is a
tendency to use some muscles more than their respective symmetrical
counterparts. Asanas help by loosening tightness in the muscles, bringing the
body back into its natural alignment.
Men
who weight train, bike ride or run will find that combining it with Yoga can
produce even better results. Asanas (yoga poses) will allow for more flexibility
and will relax overworked muscles. Pranayama (breath) keeps the lungs strong,
health vibrant and the
mind focused and calm.
Through Yoga, men can look deeper into them selves, listen
to their inner voice, and develop a more positive view on life, thus, enhancing
their relations with other people. That, plus reasons mentioned above, is why
the practice of Yoga is highly recommended to all men.
